Oaksey was recommended to me by my architect, Trudie Bradbourne. I was looking for a local specialist builder to construct a rather unique home to Trudie’s design, rather than a national franchise ‘vanilla’ type option, and Trudie had worked with Oaksey before so was a good advocate. From my perspective the whole process has been great, with Oaksey having a natural ability to inspire confidence and trust, and his team delivering a great outcome. I was looking for a unique, attractive and inspiring home on a modest section. Trudie had the inspiration and ideas, but QOB bought it to life!
The whole QOB team has been a pleasure to deal with, and I have been more than happy with the whole process. They are both laid back and relaxed about things, but also nail the detail when required. All the way through from the planning through to construction and the close out I have felt more than comfortable with the whole team, and any things I have raised have been handled efficiently and professionally, nothing ever seemed to be ‘too much trouble’. I would point out that Lead Hand Tash is an absolute rockstar, don’t let her get away!
Would absolutely recommend Quintin Oakes Builders to anyone – 5 stars…. I would say to any prospective clients, trust your gut, these guys are the real deal!
