Exterior Reclad
DESCRIPTION
This recent project saw us breathe new life into an existing home that had developed issues with its original monolithic plaster cladding, which had begun to crack and deteriorate over time.
After assessing the condition of the exterior, the owners made the smart decision to fully reclad the home to improve both durability and street appeal.
We installed James Hardie Oblique weatherboard, a modern vertical-profile cladding that completely changed the look and feel of the house. The clean vertical lines have given the home a sharp, contemporary finish while also providing a robust, low-maintenance exterior built to handle New Zealand conditions.
The end result is a significant upgrade in both appearance and performance — a fresh, modern home that will stand the test of time.
